• Quilted fabrics can look really modern and edgy, yet also sophisticated.
  
  Quilted fashion has been revamped into lighter weight styles and more comfortable designs, which spotted an air of chic sophistication to complement any outfit.
  
  Traditional quilting involves two layers of fabric with padding in between, held in place by stitching. But now some are skipping the padding and using the stitching to create a subtle, sculptural fit. Also the use of different type of fabric and stitching style give the heritage look a youthful twist.
